• Achieve the perfect R angle without the need for open angle welding. Simply pre-bend each side of the R angle to 90 degrees using a bending machine, then effortlessly roll and form the entire piece, culminating in an automatic cut of any surplus edge material, optimizing efficiency.
• The die selection is expertly categorized into bending lower die, forming roller upper die, and forming lower die. The bending die parallels standard bending dies, adjusting based on plate thickness. The forming roller's upper die is specialized according to the desired R angle, while the forming lower die is calculated from the forming roller's upper die R angle minus the plate's thickness. Each lower die boasts the capability to support four distinct R angles.
• When forming an R angle that remains unchanged across different plate thicknesses, there is no need to replace forming roller upper or lower dies. Simply adjust the gap between them for seamless continuity.
