Product Description
1.Crankshaft direct drive:Abandon the belt screw's high elasticity and deformation-prone structural defects,adopt the crankshaft crank linkage mechanism with better rigidity, together with thehigh load planetary reducer,make the bending process smooth and precise.
2.Low energy consumption:Under the test condition of 20 tons of pressure output, the bending is 2450 times in 1 hour,and the power consumption is only 1.3 degrees,such as in the actual bending condition, the power consumption can be kept within 1 degree of electricity/hour.
3.Low maintenance costs:The cost of machining crankshafts and other componentsis much lower than that ofheavy-duty screws,and maintenance costs are even lower in the aftermath.
