• Harness the power of precision with our servo motor and ball screw mechanism, expertly designed to adjust the roller for a perfect tool gap, tailored precisely to the thickness of your plate.
• Each corner crafted with our machine is a testament to versatility, as it identifies varying inner radii, adapting beautifully to the specific thickness of each material.
• Say goodbye to cumbersome open angle welding! Our machine masterfully shapes the R angle without it. Simply pre-bend the two sides of the R angle by 90 degrees on a bending machine, and then roll and form seamlessly, with the machine automatically trimming any excess edge material.
• Our dies are thoughtfully categorized into bending lower die, forming roller upper die, and forming lower die. The bending die remains standard, dictated by plate thickness, while the forming roller upper die is chosen based on the desired R angle. The forming lower die is calculated from the R angle of the roller's upper die minus the plate thickness, offering four distinct R angles in one lower die.
• Consistency is key with our forming R angle, even when plate thickness varies. Instead of replacing the forming roller upper die and forming lower die, a simple adjustment of the gap between these components ensures flawless results.
