The forming roller's upper die depends on the desired R angle, while the forming lower die is determined by subtracting the plate thickness from the roller's upper die R angle, offering four distinct R angles in a single lower die.
• If you're dealing with a consistent forming R angle and varying plate thicknesses, there's no need for die replacement. Simply adjust the gap between the forming roller upper die and the forming lower die to achieve the perfect fit.
