• Achieve flawless R angles without the need for open angle welding. Simply pre-bend both sides of the R angle to 90 degrees on the bending machine, then let our machine roll, form, and automatically trim the excess edge material for a perfect finish.
• Our innovative die system comprises three types: bending lower die, forming roller upper die, and forming lower die. The bending die functions like an ordinary bending die, tailored to plate thickness. The forming roller upper die is contingent on the desired R angle, while the forming lower die is calculated as the R angle of the upper die minus the plate's thickness. Each lower die offers four distinct R angles for diverse applications.
• With consistent forming R angles across varying plate thicknesses, there's no need to replace upper and lower forming dies. Simply adjust the gap between them to accommodate different thicknesses, enhancing efficiency.
