• Crafting the R angle is now a breeze-no need for open angle welding. Simply pre-bend the two sides of the R angle to 90 degrees using a bending machine, and let our system seamlessly roll and shape the entire piece, all while trimming any excess edge material automatically.
• Our die selection is diverse and specialized: the bending lower die, forming roller upper die, and forming lower die. The bending die mirrors standard dies, adjusted by plate thickness. The forming roller's upper die is tailored to the desired R angle, while the forming lower die is calibrated by subtracting the plate thickness from the R angle of the roller's upper die. Each lower die can accommodate four distinct R angles.
• Even when the forming R angle remains constant and only the plate thickness varies, there's no need to swap out the forming roller's upper or lower dies. Simply fine-tune the gap between them for flawless results.
