• Achieve flawless R angle formations without the hassle of open angle welding. Simply pre-bend the two sides of the R angle to a perfect 90 degrees using a bending machine, then seamlessly roll and form the entire piece on our machine, which effortlessly trims any excess material.
• Our die technology is categorized into bending lower die, forming roller upper die, and forming lower die. The bending die remains consistent with standard bending dies, tailored to the specific plate thickness. The upper die of the forming roller is meticulously selected based on the desired R angle. The forming lower die is carefully engineered by subtracting the plate thickness from the R angle of the roller's upper die, offering four distinct R angles for a customized fit.
• When forming R angles of consistent design but varying plate thicknesses, there's no need to switch out the forming roller upper die and forming lower die. Simply fine-tune the gap between them to suit the thickness, ensuring efficiency and adaptability.
