The forming roller's upper die is tailored to the required R angle, while the forming lower die is calculated by subtracting the plate thickness from the R angle of the roller's upper die, offering four distinct R angles.
• Achieve consistency with identical forming R angles despite variations in plate thickness. No need for die replacements; simply adjust the gap between the forming roller upper die and the forming lower die to maintain precision.
