• Transitioning to an R angle has never been easier. Skip the open angle welding and simply pre-bend the R angle sides to 90 degrees using a bending machine. Then, our machine effortlessly rolls and forms the entire piece, automatically trimming excess edges for a flawless finish.
• Our versatile die system distinguishes between bending lower die, forming roller upper die, and forming lower die. The bending die mirrors a standard one, tailored to plate thickness. The forming roller's upper die is crafted to the desired R angle, while the forming lower die is calculated as the roller's upper die R angle minus the plate thickness. Each lower die offers four distinct R angles for versatile application.
• Uniform R angle formation across varying plate thicknesses is simplified as there's no need to swap forming roller upper and lower dies. Simply adjust the gap between them to accommodate the material thickness.
