The first stage uses abrasive belts to remove burrs from the surface of the workpiece while achieving a brushed surface finish.The second and third stages use nylon brush rollers to remove burrs from holes and edges, effectively chamfering the edges to achieve an R2 radius.

Designed for deburring, edge rounding, and chamfering after stamping, laser, plasma cutting, and
machining.The contact roller removes heavy burrs and performs surface brushing.Brush rollers rotate in both directions for consistent and uniform grinding.High efficiency and clean operation make it ideal for bending, coating, and welding preparation. Effectively replaces manual grinding to improve consistency and productivity.
