• Simplify your processes: Achieve flawless R angle formation without the need for open angle welding. Simply pre-bend the R angles by 90 degrees on the bending machine, then effortlessly roll and form the entire piece on our machine, which also automatically trims excess edge material.
• Versatile die selections: Choose from bending lower dies, forming roller upper dies, and forming lower dies. The bending die matches traditional bending dies, suited to plate thickness, while the forming roller upper die and forming lower die are determined by the R angle requirements minus plate thickness. Each lower die offers four distinct R angles for versatile applications.
• Consistent R angle formation: When the R angle remains the same but plate thickness varies, there's no need to switch out forming roller upper and lower dies. Simply adjust the gap between them for seamless adjustments.
