• Our innovative die system includes a bending lower die, forming roller upper die, and forming lower die. The bending die functions like a conventional one, adapting to plate thickness. The upper die of the forming roller shapes the desired R angle, while the forming lower die is tailored by subtracting the plate thickness from the roller's upper die R angle, offering four distinct R angle options.
• With consistent forming R angles and varying plate thicknesses, there's no need to swap forming roller upper and lower dies. Simply adjust the gap between them for optimal performance.
