• Each corner is expertly crafted, capable of identifying varying inner radii based on the plate's thickness, ensuring versatility and precision in every use.
• Innovatively, forming the R angle eliminates the need for open angle welding. Simply pre-bend the two sides of the R angle by 90 degrees using a bending machine, and our machine will automatically roll, form, and trim the excess edge material for you.
• Our die types are strategically divided into bending lower die, forming roller upper die, and forming lower die. The bending die aligns with standard bending dies, tailored to plate thickness. The forming roller's upper die is selected based on the required R angle, while the forming lower die is determined by subtracting the plate thickness from the R angle of the roller's upper die. Each lower die offers four distinct R angles for your convenience.
• When the forming R angle remains consistent but plate thickness varies, there's no need to replace the forming roller upper die and forming lower die. Simply adjust the gap between them for perfect adaptation.
