Machine Features

1. This 28-axis panel bender is equipped with a gantry loading and unloading system. In addition to standard positioning, bending, and clamping axes, it also includes auxiliary blade axes, tool-shifting axes, flipping axes, and more. It can bend 1.5 mm 304 stainless steel, 2.5 mm carbon steel, and 3 mm aluminum sheet.
2. The frame is made of Q355 steel and welded using CO2 shielded welding. It undergoes tempering to remove welding stress, ensuring long-term precision, stability, and high rigidity of the equipment.
3. The main transmission system is driven by servo motors with synchronized servo control, ensuring high positioning accuracy, fast speed, and excellent controllability. Both screw rods and linear guides are automatically lubricated to guarantee long service life and long-term accuracy.
4. The bending unit uses servo-motor power without any hydraulic system involved, significantly reducing component wear and improving transmission efficiency.
5. The full-servo panel bender is equipped with a Universal Bending Tooling. Before bending, the automatic tool-changing system quickly and precisely positions the tools according to the programmed sheet size—no manual tool change required, greatly improving productivity.
6. The sheet-feeding unit is servo-controlled to handle sheet movement, clamping, and rotation, enabling fast and fully automated positioning.
7. The sheet-positioning unit performs automatic positioning and completes multi-side bending in one clamping cycle, greatly reducing the bending cycle time.
8. The grooving device pre-grooves the sheet to reduce bending force and achieve better bending results. The grooving depth is manually adjustable within 1/3T–2/3T (T = sheet thickness), with a maximum grooving depth of 1.3 mm.
