1. Our newly launched UV inkjet flatbed printer is specially designed for coating and coloring applications in the sheet metal industry.

2. Equipped with three Ricoh G6 printheads, the printer supports a maximum print width of 2500 × 1300 mm and a printing speed of up to 15 square meters/h. It is designed for industrial-grade flat metal materials with a maximum print thickness of 300 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of applications such as metal warning signs, electrical cabinets, distribution boxes, door panels, machine tool enclosures, and metal curtain walls.

3. The system adopts piezoelectric inkjet printheads (from leading brands such as EPSON and Ricoh) and supports variable ink drop technology, delivering high-resolution printing (1200 DPI and above) with precise color control. Industrial-grade printheads ensure long service life and stable operation during continuous production.

4. For electrical cabinet applications, the printer's gantry height can be customized to accommodate taller workpieces and specific production requirements.

5. Featuring a high-speed digital printing engine with multi-channel parallel inkjet technology, the machine achieves faster printing speeds to meet industrial production demands and supports variable data printing, such as barcodes and serial numbers.

6. The UV lamp system adopts water-cooled heat dissipation, equipped with water flow protection, high-temperature alarm, and a powerful water chiller for efficient cooling. This ensures stable operation and extends the lamp lifespan.
